Seasonal detox therapy is more useful in prevention of disease and maintaining the health of the individual. Ayurveda advise each individual must and should undergo the seasonal detox therapy to live longer and healthy life.

We provide seasonal detoxification as per the seasons. It is started in:

• Vasant rutu (mid feb to mid april) is best for the medicated emesis (Vaman) hence we planned vasantik vaman in this season.
• Sharad rutu (mid oct to mid dec) is best for medicated purgation (Virechan) hence we planned shardiya virechana in this season.
• Sharad rutu (mid oct to mid dec) is best for bloodletting (Raktamokshan) hence we planned shardiya raktamokshana in this season.
• Pravrud/Varsha (mid june to mid sep) is said to be best for medicated enema (Basti) hence we planned medicated enema (Basti) in this season.

This is the whole year schedule and we should treat patient accordingly.
